It is necessary for Adoption UK to input and store information about its members on a computerised record system. Our policy is to store only the minimum amount of information necessary for us to fully support your membership and respond to your enquiries. The information you supply will be under the general control of the Trustees of Adoption UK, and specifically the Director who can be contacted at our office. You retain the right, at any time, to have information we hold about you permenantly removed from our records. All members of staff are bound by a confidentiality agreement. No information will be passed on to a third party without your consent. At any time you may apply to see a copy of the records we hold about you, but we reserve the right to levy a small charge for this service to cover administration.
