The Summary Log book can be purchased individually for £5.99 per book or as a multipack of three books for £15.99. Members' discounts are also available.
This daily log book, is an excellent resource which can be used to document events and behaviours. This can then be used to highlight the support needs of the child to any professionals working alongside the parents or carers.
The book was developed by a carer with experience of living with vulnerable children and includes an introduction, a guide on how to use the log book and 31 daily log records to be completed by the parent or carer.
