Can You Help?

I was been approved as a single adopter back in March. I was told there were no children available to me at this time but they would stay in touch with me. I haven’t heard a thing from anyone and feel really bereft and lost as to know what to do. Has anyone else had this experience? Any advice as to what to do? I have to stay with this authority for three months.
